Practice is held 3 days a week Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday plus some Saturday mornings. We recommend that you attend as many practices as possible. 3 is best but any is good
Practice will be held at various locations including facilities with a track and other trail/canal desinations for the longer runs.
The training will include distance runs, intervals on grass, trail running, circuit training, drills, hills, sprints and much more.
